Pr. Ruben Koshy
Youth Pastor
Born in Kerala, India, Pr. Ruben migrated with his family to Houston, TX, in 1997. Growing up in the church, he was always involved in various ministries and activities. In 2012, while pursuing his education and career, he felt called to attend CBS Houston, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Biblical Studies. Despite his formal theological education, he did not experience true transformation at that time and lived a duplicitous life. However, in 2019, through a series of events, God initiated a miraculous transformation in his life that changed him forever.
In 2021, Pr. Ruben was called to serve as the Youth & Young Adults Pastor at LWCC. Alongside him are his wife, Phoeby, and their two children, Adeline and Levi. He is now completing his MA in Christian Leadership from Grand Canyon University.
Pr. Ruben is passionate about teaching God's Word and helping believers grow in their knowledge of Christ. He is committed to continuing the mission Jesus began over 2,000 years ago: proclaiming the truth, making disciples, and expanding God's kingdom, one heart at a time.
